What is "My Time For Me"?
We created "My Time for Me" specifically for woman of any age and status who is over extended with work and family and anything else that prohibits her from having a little time for herself.

The aim of "My Time for Me" is to nurture a community for today's over-active woman who strives to develop a sense of herself, a sense of excitement and a fun-loving good time! We will engage each woman in new experiences and have "My Time" that is all about "Me".

How does it work?
"My Time for Me" offers social and educational events encompassing subjects that women have an interest in "dabbling" in to see if they are interested in exploring it further after they have experienced a taste of the subject. Whether it be wine tasting, flower arranging, learning to play golf, how to deal poker or put on make up-the experiences are unlimited! "My Time for Me" also offers an informal place to meet new friends and mingle with like-minded women.

What My Time For Me needs to succeed.
The success of this community is working with people who have an experience or talent to teach. MTFM is interested in working with you as a demonstrator or presenter for one of our events. Our events are typically evening events attended by women of all ages.

Event size can be determined with the presenter and MTFM based on subject, materials needed (if any) and presenters' comfort level for a successful interactive experience.

If presenter/instructor has a storefront/location, it is preferred to hold the event there as it can help promote the presenter's business and keep costs down for the attendees.

How My Time For Me can help you.
It is MTFM's intention to not only provide a social and learning experience for the attendees but also promote the business of the presenter. These events are also viewed as a way to market the business/service of the presenter to a new and untapped market of clients and customers. As such MTFM suggests presenters to offer incentives at events to promote future business from those in attendance and possibly their friends.

Although these are informal events, it is a tremendous opportunity to open new clients/customers to your business and therefore we suggest energetic and prepared interactive presentations. First impressions as we all know are important...and "word of mouth advertising" from those in attendance can reward you many times over from the original event. MTFM staff wil be happy to work with you on your presentation to ensure a successful event for the both of us.

Details of the event.

Start off with mingling and informal introductions
Demonstration-to last 1 to 1 1/2 hours
2nd half of evening 1 to 1 1/2 is social (in the same location)
This time can also be used to finish up any projects taught that night, ability to chat with the instructor and get to know the other attendees as well the women of MTFM. Cocktails and refreshments to be provided by MTFM unless otherwise arranged prior to event.

Attendees will pay all fees directly to MTFM to cover costs of any materials needed (to be paid to instructor from MTFM if instructor provides), cost to rent facility if necessary and cover costs of food and beverage.

MTFM recommends presenters to charge MTFM for only materials needed to keep costs reasonable for attendees.

If the presenter has other relationships with other business such as food & beverage and they can marry the event together we can promote all sponsors involved. Bring business cards, flyers, etc for take home materials.

MTFM will also provide advertisement email and flyer of the event for presenter to use as advertisement to their contact list, friends, and or database.

MTFM will meet with instructor prior to event to discuss expectations of both parties, flow of evening, materials needed as well as costs and determine best way to present subject etc.
